What sort of podcast shows will you book me on?

We will book you on podcasts that are related to your areas of expertise and that have your target audience. We only book interviews on well-established shows that have been airing for sometime and that are producing high-quality content/interviews, ensuring a good size listenership. We also do our best to ensure that each show posts your interview to their website with show notes and backlinks to your site, for the valuable SEO benefits that will bring you.



Can you get me on the “large” shows?

We approach large and mid-size shows that are relevant to your expertise. We use our established connections, as well as search for additional shows specifically for you, based upon your marketing needs.

Keep in mind, that information about podcast statistics, download figures, and audience size, are not accessible to anyone but the host.

Do you work with agents and publicists?

Yes! We work with a number of agents and third parties, assisting them with their client’s podcast marketing needs. We offer a discounted agent rate allowing the opportunity to white-label the service.

How long will it take to setup my account and get me booked?

It usually takes 2-5 days to set up your account which includes having our graphics team create your professional bio-sheet and scheduling a call with your personal account manager. You can then expect your first interview bookings to be secured within 1-2 weeks.



How long until my interviews get aired?

Each month we secure and schedule the set number of interviews according to your subscription. Your interview recording dates may not be scheduled within that same month, that is dependant upon the calendar availability of yourself and the show host. It is normal for show hosts to be scheduling their guest interviews 2-8 weeks out. It may then take an additional 1-4 weeks to edit and air the episode.



Is there a sign-up fee and minimum contract period?

There’s no sign-up fee.

Our minimum contract period is 3-months. After that time, there is no obligation and the service can be canceled with a 30-day notice.

We have a minimum contract period because podcast guesting, like any digital marketing service, has a cumulative effect with a long-term campaign yielding the greatest benefits and highest ROI. Simply put, you will not see great results from only doing a month or two of interviews. As a marketing strategy, podcasting delivers the best results when done for 6-12 months, or more.



What guarantee is there with your service?

If we ever book a show that is not of good quality, not relevant to your expertise, or that does not have your target audience, we’ll replace the booking for you free of charge.



What happens if one of my scheduled interviews needs to be changed?

If a show host needs to change your scheduled interview, we will coordinate that for you, either rescheduling the date, or replace the booking.

If you need to reschedule a confirmed date, that is to be done directly between you and the show host (you’ll be provided with the hosts contact details at the point of booking).



How do I get the best ROI from my interviews?

There are a few thing you can do to ensure you get the most value out of your podcast experience. Be sure to have a call-to-action for listeners, that can be mentioned at the end of your interviews. For example, some type of free resource like an ebook, or PDF guide, that listeners can download when they visit your site. This will bring you more traffic and grow your mailing list. In addition, hosts will send you a link when your episode goes live. Be sure to post your interview to your social media pages, circulate it amongst your network, and if possible, post it on a dedicated page (or your blog page) on your website.
